Peace on Earth

The One World Singers will usher in the holiday season with a concert envisioning Peace on Earth and harmony among nations.  In these troubled times, we bring you music to soothe the soul and inspire hope.

The second half of the concert features Christopher Tin’s Grammy-winning song cycle “Calling All Dawns.”  This stunning work consists of three movements:  day, night and dawn, corresponding to life, death and rebirth.  Its 12 songs are each written in a different language with sources in important pieces of world literature including from the Torah and the Bhagavad Gita to the Maori proverbs and Japanese haiku.

Two concerts will be held on December 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm, both at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 2201 Dexter, Denver.  Tickets are available either by using the order form below or by calling Bev at 303-250-7202.  The cost is $15 for adults; children 12 and under are admitted at no charge.
